Return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return the product.

This is possible up to 30 days after the date of receiving the order.

Products with personalized embroidery, flag, symbol, text or print do not fall under the right of return. These have been specially adapted for you. 

How can you pay for shipping?

Credit Card

As soon as we receive your return, the purchase amount will be reimbursed, excluding € 4, the costs for the return shipment.

Invoice

If you choose to pay with an invoice, you will receive an updated version of the invoice via e-mail, in which the costs are deducted. The only thing that still needs to be paid is € 4 for the return shipment.

If you return all the products, the shipping costs that you paid for the purchase will also be reimbursed.

Exchange a product?

If you want to exchange a product, follow the same steps as mentioned above, but then add an order for the product you want instead.
